Branch Manager – Mississauga, ON
Inland Plastics Ltd. is seeking a driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Mississauga operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build accountability, drive performance, and deliver strong customer service.
You will oversee branch operations across warehouse, shipping, production support, inventory, customer service, and administration while working closely with senior leadership across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day branch operations • Coach and support a multi-functional team • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management • Resolve operational and customer issues • Monitor inventory, reporting, and administration • Maintain a safe and efficient branch environment • Support continuous improvement and growth
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • Additional hours and occasional travel may be required
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership experience in operations, distribution, or manufacturing • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment • Microsoft Office proficiency (SAP is an asset)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary ($110,000+ based on experience) • Performance bonus opportunity • Group RRSP, health, and dental benefits • Vacation in accordance with Ontario Employment Standards Act
